Shrimp and Tofu Soup

Ingredients:

1 large tomato

½ white/sweet onion

3-4 large already cooked  frozen shrimp

1 package of tofu 

Some green onion

Some water

Some olive oil 

Try 2Tbsp of Fish sauce


Instructions:

1. Thaw the shrimp. Cut the tomato into wedges and then into halves or thirds.

2. Put some olive oil in a pot and add the shrimp. Add some shakes of fish sauce. Add some shakes of black pepper. Then add about 1 ½ kimchi jars of water, then add the onion.

3. Cut the tofu into cubes while waiting for the water to start bubbling, then add the tomato. Cut the green onion. Add some fish sauce. Add the tofu. Taste to make sure it’s salty enough. Add the green onion at the end.
