Shrimp and Green Beans
Ingredients:
Green beans
Shrimp
Fish Sauce
Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. Rinse green beans in a bowl of water and cut off the ends.
2. Cut shrimp into bite-sized pieces (I like them in thirds).
3. In a pan with a little olive oil cook the shrimp until mostly pink. Then add the green beans.
4. After a few minutes of cooking in the oil add 2-4 shakes of fish sauce from the bottle.
5. Add black pepper at the end.
