Grouper Lemongrass Soup
Ingredients: (the ratios aren’t set, so I’m experimenting right now as much as any of you! :))
Grouper
Lemongrass
Tomato
Fish sauce
Kaffir lime leaves
Green Onions
Shrimp (Crushed or cut into pieces)
Instructions:
1. Mince lemongrass, cut tomatoes into quarters or sixths, cut green onion into inch long pieces.
2. Heat up olive oil and shrimp in a soup pot. Cook until shrimp is mostly pink.
3. Add the tomato for a minute before adding water to the pot.
4. Add the grouper, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and a few shakes of fish sauce. And bring to a boil.
5. Add green onion towards the end.
