Celery

Sliced red pepper

When rehydrating and cooking the mushrooms remember to cut off the stem it is hard and not good to eat. 

Boil for five minutes.

Cut carrots and celery long-ways into 2-3 inch pieces.

Olive oil/sesame oil

Vinegar

Sugar

Salt

Pepper

A little soy sauce
